By consenting to the processing of personal data, the individual allows the company Concierge Management s.r.o., located at Ukrajinská 1487/2A, 101 00 Praha 10, ID: 24658928, VAT: CZ24658928, registered in the public register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert 164026/MSPH (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), to process the following personal data of the individual in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Processing Act”):
The name, surname, company name, address, phone number, and email are necessary to process for the purpose of sending email newsletters and providing services. These data will be processed by the Controller for the necessary period, but no longer than one year from the last communication.
By consenting to the processing of personal data, the individual gives their explicit consent to the above processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example, by sending an email to info@weareyourconcierge.com or by sending a letter to the contact details of the company Concierge Management s.r.o., Ctiradova 12, 140 00 Praha 4.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller.
